Katharine Hopkinson

Research Assistant

I recently joined the Lamberton lab as a research assistant, after completing my MSc project in the group, working on a latent class analysis model on diagnostics for schistosomiasis. I competed my MSc in Quantitative Methods in Biodiversity, Conservation and Epidemiology at the University of Glasgow, and my BSc in Biology with Immunology Honours at University of Edinburgh. My interests lie in infectious diseases, and I am working toward expanding my knowledge in quantitative modelling.

Outside the lab, I enjoy the outdoors, knitting/crocheting, anime.
